Free Shipping Delivery Time
The United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 12-20 working days.
Others: 15-25 working days.
Express Delivery Time
The rate for Express Delivery is calculated based on your location. It usually takes 2-3 business days to get the parcel.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

AMOYBOYS ships and processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will resume processing and ship the following Monday. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time the order was placed (regardless of shipping method). Saturday and Sunday are excluded from order processing and shipping due to the company being closed. Orders placed on observed holidays will resume processing and ship the following regular business day.
Please note Saturday, Sunday and major holidays do not count as business days.

Contact us via email@example.com, you only can change or cancel your order before your item(s) is shipped. If you get your tracking number, it means your item(s) has been shipped, we are not responsible to change or cancel your order.
If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 3 business days a refund will be issued for the out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out immediately. The refund will be for the full purchased price of the item and be refunded to your card/PayPal account used at the time of purchase. The refund takes 3-5 business days.
Besides a delay caused because of local custom office, wrong or Invalid Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification!
If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify the order is not a fraud.
