  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

  • WHY WON’T MY CREDIT CARD WORK AT CHECKOUT?

Sometimes credit cards will not work due to the customers billing and shipping address not matching.

Please contact us or use another form of payment such as PayPal.

  • WHY WAS I CHARGED BUT MY ORDER DIDN’T GO THROUGH?

If your order did not go through, the transaction is still pending and will drop back into your balance in 24 hours. Please make sure you are entering your zip code correctly. Feel free to contact us if you have further questions.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to post back to your original payment method.

  • WHY CAN’T I APPLY MY DISCOUNT PROMO CODE TO MY ORDER?

Promo codes may not work if you have already applied a promo code, the item is discounted or is on sale or part of a deal.

  • HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Customer Service can be reached through the contact us (bottom of AMOYBOYS.com home page) link at the footer (please include your order # (if applicable), name, phone #, and a brief description of the issue.). We are open Monday-Friday 9 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. PST (not open on the weekends).

    Please note: Packages are shipped out on business days.

    • WHAT HAPPENS IF FOUND PRODUCT ON YOUR SITE FOR $ 0?

    Sorry, this is an error. AMOYBOYSs system will not allow ZERO dollar orders to process. Orders containing ZERO dollar products will be canceled from your order.

    • I WASHED MY SHIRT AND IT SHRUNK, CAN I RETURN IT?

    Sorry, we do not offer returns/exchanges for non-resell-able used/worn merchandise.

    • WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?

    AMOYBOYS will contact and refund you the full price of the item (from original check out). Refund will go back to the original form of payment used at check out. The refund takes 3-5 days to process. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the funds to post to your account once the refund has been processed.

    • PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS

    Stacking/Combining discount codes with any promotional offer or sale may not be allowed.

    • MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.

    AMOYBOYS is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact AMOYBOYS at contact us with information regarding your situation and your claim numbers.
