  • CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it to AMOYBOYSOur return,exchange &refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

What items are returnable?

  1. Within 30 days of order date
  2. In original condition: resell-able
  3. Unused or undamaged
  4. In the original packaging

The returned item must be in its original packaging, unaltered, unworn, and in new condition. (Stains, Makeup, Animal hair, deodorant Stains, etc. will be considered worn)  Sales items are Final Sale and will not be returned or exchanged.

If your order has a problem, contact us by info@amoyboys.com or through the contact page. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

After receiving your returned item AMOYBOYS.com will credit the customer’s account for the original purchase price minus the original shipping fee(it is not applicable for free shipping products).

Important Notice: Since we have warehouses in different places. If you want to ship your return, please send us the information via info@amoyboys.com before your shipment. We will let you know where you should ship your return. We are not responsible for anything to the customers who do not contact us before shipping the return.   

  • HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE? 

Returns generally take 7-10 business days to process. All refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment (Credit Card/PayPal). After your return is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post on your original form of payment. If any additional information is needed, we will reach out to you via email. 

  • CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE?

Yes! Place an order via AMOYBOYS.com to replace the item(s) you plan to exchange.

Once your order has been placed, please contact us via info@amoyboys.com immediately with your order number informing us of what you will be returning for this order.

We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. 

Please provide a return tracking number if possible to contact us. AMOYBOYS is not responsible for any lost shipments. 

The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, unaltered, unworn, and in new condition. (Stains, Makeup, Animal hair, deodorant Stains, etc. will be considered worn). Any item(s) worn, altered, not in new condition (and/or with Stains, Makeup, Animal hair, deodorant Stains, etc. will not be refundable. Please contact us firstly, before shipping your returns. We will let you know where you should ship your return. We are not responsible for anything to the customers who do not contact us before shipping the return.   

  • IF I NEED TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM, DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE?

Yes, if you mail an item back to us you will be responsible for the return postage.

We highly recommend that you return your item(s) with a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for returns lost in the mail. 

  • WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM?

Please contact us via info@amoyboys.com and the email should include the following below:

1)      Picture of the damaged, defective, or wrong item

2)      Picture of the paper copy of your order invoice

3)      A brief explanation of the damage, defect, or wrong item and what you need.

If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

Important Notice: Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.
